PREPARATION METHOD
✅ For babies under 1 year, prepare porridge in boiling water.
✅ For babies 1 year and above, use cow or buffalo milk.

✅ Wash your hands thoroughly.
✅ Add 2 tablespoons of Raw Red Banana Powder to 1 cup of water or milk.
✅ Stir well to avoid lumps.
✅ Once mixed, cook on medium flame, stirring continuously.
✅ Add jaggery, country sugar, or palm candy for sweetness if desired.
