IMPORTANT NOTE:
Why does our honey crystallize during winter season?
Honey is a natural form of supersaturated sugar, primarily composed of glucose and fructose. During colder seasons, the glucose in honey tends to separate and form crystals, especially if the honey is pure and unprocessed. This is a natural phenomenon and a sign of its purity, not spoilage.
How to restore honey’s liquid form ?
If our honey crystallizes during winter, simply place the jar in sunlight or warm water for a few hours. The gentle heat will dissolve the crystals and return the honey to its original smooth texture without affecting its quality or nutritional value.
Rest assured, Crystallization is completely normal and does not alter the taste, quality, or health benefits of the honey!!
