INGREDIENTS:
PASTA:
Kodo Millet, Barnyard Millet, Foxtail Millet, Little Millet, Finger Millet, Proso Millet, Moringa Leaves, Wheat, Water, Cold Pressed Groundnut Oil, Rock Salt.
MASALA MIX:
Red Chillies,
Coriander, Jeera, Pepper corns, Tomato powder, Ginger Powder, Onion Powder, Organic Raw Cane Sugar, Rock Salt, Turmeric etc
METHOD
Add a pack of Moringa Millet Pasta to 1 liter of boiling water and cook for 7 to 10 minutes until it gets cooked soft, along with a tsp of ghee and 1/2 tsp of salt.
Drain the water, sprinkle some ghee/oil and set it aside in a wide bowl so that it doesn’t stick together.
Fry onions, carrots, beans,cabbage, green peas and other desired vegetables of your choice in a little amount of oil.
Add the natural spice mix masala to it and mix thoroughly.
Now add the cooked Pasta, mix well and serve hot.
