Thooyamalli Instant Idiyappam

Ingredients:

Thooyamalli Rice Flour, Water.

Method:

1. Boil 1 liter of water and add 1/4 tsp of salt.

2. Switch off the flame and immerse the instant idiyappam in the hot water.

3. Cover with a lid and let it soak for 2 minutes.

4. Strain the water and serve hot.
